Ingredients

  • 6 cups water (1 ½ liters)
  • ¾ cup sugar (150 grams)
  • 4 juicy limes (look for soft and thin exterior)
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk (150 grams)


Instructions

  • In a large pitcher, mix water well with sugar. It takes a couple of minutes until the sugar dissolves.
  • Prepare the limes: Wash limes, cut off edges and cut into 8.
  • Add half of the sugar-water and all of the limes to a blender and pulse around 7 times, max 10 seconds in total (this is to avoid bitterness). Stain into a large pitcher. Press the pulp to release all the juices.
  • Add the rest of the sugar-water and all of the sweetened condensed milk into the blender and blend until combined.
  • Combine the sweetened condensed milk mixture with the lemonade mixture.
  • Serve over ice and a slice of lime for garnish.
