Ingredients
- 4 cups white chocolate chips or colored candy melts
- 1 12-ounce bag pretzel rods

Set the bowl over a sauce pan filled with 1 to 1½” of water. Bring the water to a simmer and stir the chocolate constantly until melted. The water shouldn’t boil or touch the bottom of the bowl.
- To melt in the micorwave, place the chocolate in a heat proof bowl. Microwave on high for 10 seconds, stir, and repeat the process until the chocolate is melted.
- Working one at a time, coat each pretzel with chocolate and then decorate with halloween sprinkles. See notes for decorating ideas.
- Place the chocolate coated pretzels on a piece or parchment or wax paper. Let cool for at least 15 minutes for the chocolate to set before eating or storing. Store in an air tight container for up to 1 week.
