Ingredients

  • 1pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 string cheese sticks, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Black olives, sliced
  • 1 pound spaghetti noodles
  • 24 ounces pasta sauce


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef, bread crumbs, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese until well combined.
  • Shape into 16 (2-inch) meatballs and place into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Insert one piece of string cheese into each meatball, letting the end stick out.
  • Top each meatball with a slice of black olive.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 160°F.
  • Meanwhile, cook spaghetti as directed on package and drain.
  • Toss spaghetti with pasta sauce.
  • Serve meatballs over spaghetti.
